Jezreel: Judgment On The Kingdom System
The first child is Jezreel.
Jezreel connects to the ending of the kingdom system. The phrase "kingdom of
the house" should be read as a tension. A kingdom and a house are not the same
thing.
Working study claim:
Yahwah intended a house under His headship. The kingdom system was a departure
toward the systems of the nations.
That means Jezreel is not merely a place-name. In this reading, Jezreel marks
the first named fruit of departure: the kingdom system being judged.
